Provisioning Templates - Grayed out

Hi, I installed 3CX on Win svr 2008, and everything looks good apart from Provisioning Templates is grayed out. I read somewhere that this may happen with google chrome but I'm using IE9. Tried turning on compatibilty but still same issue. Is it because it's in demo mode?

If using the web interface, certain functions, of which this is one, are not accessible. To get to the provisioning, you must be logged into the 3CX management console directly.
