Public directory lookup ?

Hello,

Is it possible to search in a public directory to display the name of the caller in addition to the number?
On FreePBX we use CallerID Superfecta for that.
Is there an equivalent?

No, but your provider may offer to do the lookup for you before they send the call to 3CX.

You can ask them if they support CNAM lookup.

Some may offer it as an extra service that needs to be enabled on your account, so might be worth a shot.
