I feel stupid for asking this, but I am curious.
I am setting up a 3CX system with Teams Integration. I am running into an issue where I can call out from 3CX to a coworkers ext within 3CX and have it ring to their teams. Can answer and can talk back and forth.
I am unable however to make any calls from Teams... So, it would appear that Inbound calls from teams are not going through my SBC and through 3CX when initiated from Teams. What I did notice though, was the SBCs Public Address is that of my firewalls local IP. The local address of my SBC is reading correct. I am wondering if that is part of what is happening is the IP may be wrong.
Mostly here trying to figure out what it should be showing,
