Pull List of All Exceptions by User

Is there a way to pull a list of all the extensions we have and the exceptions that are applied to that extension? We have several hundred extensions and most of them have different exceptions. I appreciate your time.

I believe I figured it out. Hopefully this helps someone else with a similar problem. I pulled the backup file over and moved the XML file in the main folder into excel. Excel sorted it nicely and I could search the Data column for the exception I was looking for. Then I was able to get a list of extensions.
