We have a requirement for outbound campaign, but the dialer is not dialing the customer before taking the agent acceptance.
as the scenario we need to implement is as below:
The agent receive a notification from an outbound campaign, then he do some action, and then accept the notification and the campaign will connect him with the customer.
is that doable?
