Solved PWA Client Displaying wrong name when dialing out

I have a scenario where the customer has 2 users with very similar mobiles, xxxx123456, the last 6 digits are the same but the first 4 are different, they are also in the system contacts, when dialing out with the PWA the wrong name is being displayed, the PWA is associated to a desk phone and uses the desk phone to dial, the desk phone displays the correct name, I have tried modifying the "match at least X number of characters" under "contacts" "options" to 8 digits, but I suspect this is incoming only and it made no difference. So in summary when making an outgoing call to a mobile the PWA is displaying a different name to the handset on the desk.

Hi,

Increase the characters to a higher number than 8 until you match it, or set to Exact Match and this issue will go away.

That did the trick, you would have thought increasing from 6 to 8 should have fixed it as well, unless it's just any 8 digits not 8 sequential digits.
