I am in the process of moving all our clients that were using the Desktop App or the Web Client to PWA. I was just wondering when/if something like Click2Call would be implemented? I believe I read that this feature is on the roadmap and is actively being developed along with the BLF addition.
Personally, the PWA seems like the best solution for any of our customers using a 3CX softphone. I've been testing it myself quite thoroughly and have had none of the audio issues I've seen reported. It has actually simplified my job, as I don't have to update it manually or really manage it at all! A five minute setup and the user is ready to go!
