Query regarding integration to FCS Call Accounting System

Hi,

We have a customer in the hospitality industry who is currently using FCS Call Accounting System which integrate to their PMS system.
They would like to migrate their phone system to 3CX.

May I know if 3CX supports integration to the FCS Call Accounting System ?

Also, what is the maximum number of concurrent calls that 3CX can support ?

FCS Suite is not supported by 3CX, however we do offer some tools to assist with integrations, such as custom CRM integration, which can serve your purposes. We also have great partners who are excellent resources so this is very doable I'm sure.

The maximum "published" simultaneous calls is 1024. But if needed, 3CX engineering can help design solutions for even larger solutions. I worked on a project with a customer that needed 42,000 simultaneous calls. It takes some creativity, but 3CX can scale to very high numbers.

@Kwang Mien have you checked with FCS? I once had worked with a guy from FCS sister company in China to test their FCS PMS interface with 3CX phone system last year. 3CX hotel module could connect to FCS PMS interface through Fedelio protocol but failed to transfer some data. After we gave up the test for several weeks, I was told by the guy that his colleague in Singapore had reached 3CX and make it work.
