Question about actual Concurrent call # SOLVED

Example: Cube A has 20 users, and set to Ring All

If I use my cell and call to queue A, will it consider 20 active concurrent calls and use 20 Trunks? I think it will only use 1 concurrent call and 1 Sip Trunk, but not sure. Thanks for your help.

You mean a ring group/ring all?

While ringing, it's only considered one call.

Thanks for you quick reply, just want to confirm.

Example:
We have 10 trunks
Queue A has 20 members and set to Ring All

If a client call in to Queue A, and it rings to 20 members. Does it consider using 20 Trunks and show 20 concurrent call or just only use 1 trunk and show 1 concurrent call?

It is one call on one trunk but you will see all 20 phones ring but this will not affect your license.

Call initiated by internal user (extension, ring sim, rebound) or received from external line uses one quota of license.
Routing does not "eat" license
