Hi All,
I have a slightly dumb question. How many call records (call log/history) would be good to keep for system or database size and health?
I ask so that we don't run into issues the more we install 3CX. I am used to cleaning records off of Trivium Call Analyst for legacy PBX systems to keep the MS SQL database healthy and process reports quickly.
One of our customers that we will install shortly likes to keep a year to year and a half of records but that could be over 1 million calls externally. I am not sure of the total call volume including internal calls.
