I know that in 3CX you can use the CID rule to route calls based on the caller ID. I have 3CX v16.0.655 running on windows 10 Pro 64bit.

I have a client the has at least 10 phone numbers and when they call us they dial the owner's extension and not the extension for the general queue.

I want to use the CID to overwrite that. And TLDR; do I have to set the rule for each DID number or can I have them all and just separate them with a comma?

Yes, you can enter them as a range, or comma separated or individually
