Question about moving moving failover to new server

I have an enterprise license with a failover server, I need to move the failover to a new server. Is there anything license wise I need to do, or do I just install the new server and add the license as I did with the original failover server?

Backup your 3cx on your current live server, then use the restore from backup on the new failover, during this your system will go to the new server, however once completely installed , fail it back to your live server. it is a little confusing but that is the only way to do it. if you just install with the license key, the system will failover to an empty pbx.
