Solved Question about pausing a subscription.

So I know that if I buy a subscription and do not use it, the term length will start when I assign it to a system.

However, if I decommission that system, does the subscription pause? Say 4 months into a 1 year subscription I decommission that PBX. Does the remaining 8 months continue to tick away or does it pause until it is active again?

I very much doubt the license is paused, the end date is one year after the initial installation

That's what I think as well, but honestly, I have never had this come up, so I do not know. But I tend to agree. The license will sit there forever until you activate them But once you start the timer, it doesn't stop.

You can't pause the license. Once the clock is started it keeps running

Just to confirm what is being said above, you correctly put it that once the key is assigned the timer starts. There is no pause that takes place.
