Question in regards to Presence Information & 3CXPhone

Hi,

Quick question, is it possible to add 3CXPhone as a tab in the Presence Information? Or a way that won't hide the 3CXPhone options behind the Presence Information when I click and view through Active Calls on Presence Information.

My operating system is windows 7. Version of 3CX is 12.5.

Hi there,
No it is not possible, you can have the two windows side by side only if presence infos is not full screen.
