Question regarding disabling an extension

So,

First time ive noticed it (dont know how long its been there).

I've disabled an extension via ext settings and I would expect all registered devices to unregister but this hasnt happened.

What is the best way to disable an extension and have all devices unregister?

I've even regen credentials.

Hi @kieferschild,

When disabling the extension, the phone will stay registered and only be able to be used for emergency calls. The easiest way to accomplish what you're trying to do would be to:

1. Disconnect the phone itself OR
2. From the phone's UI, disable the account OR
3. Blacklist the phone's IP on the PBX
