Question regarding MCU-Servers and Webmeeting

Hi All,

we have customers worldwide and I am trying to optimize our 3CX infrastructure.
First I would like to understand how 3CX webmeeting and MCU servers are designed/working.

Example
I have two participants in a web meeting. One in germany the other one in Singapor.
The meeting is setup by the german person, the MCU to be used is "automatic".

Questions
1. Which mcu server will be used by the german person?
2. Which mcu server will use the person in singapor?
3. Is there a feature implemented to use the "best" mcu for both?
4. Is the one in Singapor using the mcu in Singapor and the german a german mcu, traffic will be routed between both involved mcu servers?
5. To implement QoS for 3CX meetings, is there a list of all mcu servers available?
I find this article but it doesn't deliver the hole list of available MCU servers
