I have two questions (running v16 on PBXExpress/Debian/Google):
1. Is it possible to change the names of all of the statuses, or only the last two? If there’s a way to change the names of Available, Away, and Do Not Disturb, I haven’t found them.
2. As far as I can tell, there’s no way in a single status to set an extension to ring if the call is internal but go directly to voice mail if the call is external. Is this right? What am I trying to do is allow employees to send external calls directly to voice mail if they are busy. However, if the caller reaches a receptionist, and the receptionist believes the busy employee should take the call, I’d like the receptionist to be able to route the call to the employee. It seems like if you are going to set a status that allows internal calls to ring at the extension, you must also allow external calls to ring for the same amount of time. Is this right?
