Hi,
As you can imagine support is not given on the forums, this is why we have a support solution. Having said that I am going to make an exception as 2 users here with the same problem id like to have this thread clean with the solution.
1. Ensure patton is running firmware 5.4
2. Generate support logs and a wireshark capture - send those to [email protected] > as they contain identifiable information. For ease of reference you may find the steps to follow at http://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/logs-captures-support-info-wireshark/
3. Give me time to get back to you as this is coming out of my lunchbreak.
Going on your comment of new install, yes it should work out of the box, and rarely does not, Sometimes their are hiccups. They could be anywhere from network issue, to incorrect firmware and settings, to bugs we may have missed in testing.
