Queue callback via API

Hello,

One of my clients asks me if it is possible to add a button on a web page that would request an automatic callback in the queue.

Is it possible ? If not, can you move this post to the "Ideas" category.

Hummm, I think we have a free tool that is pretty close. Our Click-to-Call tool adds a textbox and button to your website where the customer enters their phone number and when they press the "Call Me" button, 3CX calls the customer's number and routes them to the desired extension (usually a queue). Is that what you are looking for? If not, can you describe your scenario further?

Yes, but I want an official solution that does not involve adding an additional module.
