Hello all. I'm having this issue with both queues and rings groups. I caller hits "1" to dial the queue/ring group. My phone does 1/2 a ring then the call goes away.
If it's a queue, then my phone will keep giving 1/2 a ring and dropping.
If it's a ring group, it's 1/2 a ring then the call is sent to vm.
Call log is saying, "No destinations, forwarding to voicemail."... If there's no destinations, why do I get 1/2 a ring?

I've dumm'ied everything down to only 1 user (myself) in the queue. I've turned off "Also ring my mobile" in the forwarding. Accept calls from ring groups is checked.
Any thoughts?

Hi,

What phone are you using, have you tried a different one, or the PWA/apps?

Best,
K.

All our phones are Yealink. Mine, in particular, is a T84G

I am having a similar problem this morning. Call queues are being sent to VM. We are using Yealink phones. The users in the queues are marked available. Dialing the queue extension directly from the 3CX app has the same results, VM.

I am on 3CX hosted.

We figured this one out. The system got bumped. Extensions showed available status, but they were signed out of their queues.

For us, it's happening with ring-groups as well. Those just ring once (1/2 ring) and drop

Have you tried restarting the services? Are the phones direct, SBC? Normal calling is OK?

Good questions, KyriakosK_.
Our system is an upgrade from V18 and I found that my phone was still connected via STUN. I installed a SBC and reconfigured my phone, but to no avail.
I restarted the services as well.

Still only gives a 1/2 ring, terminates and rings again.

I would assume the Ring Time is not something like 1 second?

Maybe a packet capture would show what's going on here.

If you do the following:

- New queue (add existing users), new user, login as new user via webclient, call the new queue. Does it work OK?

- Any of the queue phones is being forwarded to another number?

- From activity log, what's the flow of the call?

Catching up on this. Tried the above to no avail.
1. Did all that. Made sure I'm the only one in the queue. Calls still only give 1/2 a ring, terminate, 1/2 ring, terminate
2. Calls forward to voicemail after timeout, not matter the status
3. By Activity log, you mean event log? Tried calling from my cell phone

Can you check the webclient panel, choose the queue from the drop-down on the top right of the page, and ensure that the queue members are logged in and available?

In this case, we would need to review the capture and system logs in order to provide further assistance. To proceed, please open a support ticket so we can properly investigate the issue.
