Hi,
I have extensions with a tick on "Ring the associated mobile phone". These extension are inserted in two different queues, one commercial and one technical.
I would like that on the basis of the queue in which the caller is, the pbx decides whether to call GSM extensions with one trunk rather than another.
In this way the GSM calls will come from two different numbers based on the queue from which the call is coming and will allow the extensions to immediately understand if the call is commercial or technical.

How can I create this scenario?

I don't see an easy way of achieving this, and the problem I see is the fact that the GSM Number would only handle 1 call at a time.

I'll explain. On 3CX, to do this you would need to create 2 Extensions for each agent:
  • 1 for Commercial Queue which you would set with Mobile Number 9<GMS Number>
  • 1 for Technical Queue which you would set with Mobile Number 8<GMS Number>
Then depending on which Queue would be dialed, the mobile would have a unique prefix, then in the Outbound Rules you would also be able to set which Trunk/CID would be presented.

This 'bugs' though when a call has gone e.g. to the Commercial Queue and is talking with Ext100_A, and then another call comes to the Technical Queue and the system tries to poll Ext100_B.

Ext100_A and Ext100_B have the same GSM Number, so it is busy when the second call comes in. If the GSM network sends the call to VMail, then the second caller will be connected to the GSM VMail of Ext100.

It's a very tricky setup you want, sounds simple but in reality it isn't.

Question:
Why do you have to use GSM and not Mobile Data with the 3CX App? That would be quite easy to achieve.
