Hi!
I have made a queue with number 5040. It works from the start, but after some time (few hours or less) I get this error in the log when someone is calling to the queue:

[CM503015]: Call(25): Attempt to reach [sip:[email protected]:5060] failed. Reason: Not Registered

I have to restart 3CX to get it to work again, but thats now what I want to do with my day ;-)

Anyone who knows something about it?

I'm using 3CX 6.0.664.0.

Regards Jesper

what is the destination of the queue, is there an external number involved?

Nope - it is 3 local extensions.

Jesper

Let me have a think about this and see if I can replicate the issue.

perhaps in the mean time someone else knows the answer, but I do not know at the moment. (sorry).

Are the agents registered and, cruicially, logged in to the queue?

Two out of the three extensions are logged in and can make calls (and recieve direct calls).

I have a little more from the log her:
08:13:28.591 Call::Terminate [CM503008]: Call(3): Call is terminated
08:13:28.575 Call::RouteFailed [CM503015]: Call(3): Attempt to reach [sip:[email protected];user=phone] failed. Reason: Not Registered
08:13:28.544 Call::RouteFailed [CM503015]: Call(3): Attempt to reach [sip:[email protected];user=phone] failed. Reason: Not Registered

08:13:28.482 CallCtrl::onIncomingCall [CM503001]: Call(3): Incoming call from Ext.4000 to [sip:[email protected];user=phone]

I have the same problem with ring groups. And it is only nessesary to restart the 3CX PhoneSystem service.
My 3CX server is connected directly to the internet with a public IP and Windows Firewall turned on.

The last problem is that when the queues is working, a call to the queue generates at least 3 calls to the member at a time! It's not a bug problem as long as the queue is working, but its frustrating that it looks like your phone is receiving 3 or more calls at a time!

Hope someone can help as the problems gets bigger every day :-/

Regards
Jesper
