queue it’s not possible to refuse it.

When you receive a call while in queue, it’s not possible to refuse it.
Declining the call makes it just call again.
Can this be adjusted ?

An ordinary ring group is not an option, because the callers do not come “on hold”.
And can only receive 1 call, and also because you can not choose a personal queue music.

I'm afraid this cannot be configured. As long as the extension is logged in and available it will be polled by the Queue Manager.
What you can do however is go to DND status or Log out from the Queue after rejecting the call
