Hi,

I'd like to ask you about ID105. Customers often report that calls are suddenly dropped, the quality is poor, and the logs show dozens of the messages I've included in the screenshot. Can you suggest how to effectively track down the cause of this message? I've reviewed the table. From what I've noticed, it most often happens when there are 8-10 calls at once.

For the 3CX Event ID errors you may also check the complete list here.
This error is an indication of calls being terminated in the queue and can also lead to provider issue.
Check also the call log report and see from which endpoint calls are dropped.

I contacted the number provider, and they said it was fine on their end. I also spoke with the customer, and they did a test. When the person got in line and was 10, they would normally wait until 1, and when it was their turn to talk, they were disconnected. This doesn't always happen, but quite often.

  1. Are there still enough 3CX SC licenses available from the last provisioning?
  2. Where is the 3CX hosted? On-premise, hosted somewhere else or hosted by 3CX?
  3. Does the Firewall Checker run through successfully (all green)?
  4. Which codecs are being used? I would align them with the provider. In case of doubt (since Poland = Europe) I would set PCMA / G.711a consistently everywhere (3CX LAN, 3CX WAN, trunk provider, IP phones, DECT base stations, etc.).
  5. Are the UDP timeouts of the firewall in front of the 3CX (and the firewall of the local LAN in the case of SBC / router phone) set high enough?

As per @fxbastler reply, there are many facts that you need to verify.
You need to check this on the sip trunk level, ensure you are using tested providers and that firewall checker is also passed.
Then you might also need some captures to check from which endpoint is he call terminated.
