Queue name is not displayed for a specific user

Hi.

I have noticed a strange issue on my 3CX instance.
The queue name is not displayed for a specific user.

Frédéric 7401 has received a queue call (queue 2100) :

But in this queue calls screen, the name of the queue is not displayed :

The queue name is correctly displayed for other users.

The queue name is also not displayed in the All Calls screen :


Frédéric 7401 seems to be the only person affected by this issue.
Is this a known bug ?

Is this user in the same Extension Group and with the same rights as the others ?

There is no difference between this user and others users in this queue.
I don't see why the queue name is not displayed.
