Users have complained that they are not seeing the queue name when receiving calls from a queue. After some testing i have verified that queue name is displayed on the 3cx app, web interface, and on yealink DECT devices but all T5x phones do not display the queue name unless the call is from an outside line.

This makes it difficult for users that receive calls from multiple queues to tell if the call is direct to their extension or coming from a queue and how to handle the call.

Hi,

This is true if an internal extension calls, since it exists in the T5 phonebook by default.
Similarly, external callers that exist in the T5 phonebook will show you the phonebook entry.
Ones that don't, will show the queue name.

This is the default behavior for these devices, they will prioritize the phonebook before the call ID that we send.

If you wish to change that you will have to look into the Yealink documentation.
