We actually have a Standard subscription with 21 users and 8 Simultaneous Calls and would like to upgrade it to a 23 users and 8 Simultaneous Calls Pro to have the queuing option, However I am not sure I understand the concept of a Simultaneous Call can anyone help, What would be the limit of people queuing on Hold if we choose this option.
How does the queuing process works, eg if the 23 users are on a call would it still be possible to be on the queue or we will have the busy ringtone.
-If 8 simultaneous calls are all being used will that mean that no one else can call until a line is free?

I'm not aware of a limit on users, only on the number of simultaneous calls.

If there are 8 simultaneous calls in progress , then no other calls can be made, or received, except for emergency calls.

A simultaneous call is two parties talking, internal to internal, or internal to external. If you had 23 users, in a queue, then only 8 could be on a call, no matter the number of trunks

Is it possible to have people queuing while 8SC are already in use?
If 8 SC are already in use no one else can make a call amongst the 15 existing handsets?

Hi @Amel,

No, for people to be queuing, they'd need to be connected to the Queue, each connection constitutes 1 SC in use.

If 8SC are in use, and someone calls in, their call will be dropped.
