Solved queues

Good day ,
How can I check who is logged in/out of the queues without me being part of that queue.
Like now I can only see who is logged in/out of queues that I am a member of.

Hi Saqqara I have checked this and still does not answer my question. for example I am in IT department and I am a member of IT queue and I can manage the IT queue . Now the problem is when I want to manage Sales queue and Marketing queue which i am not a member of .I cannot Q-manage Sales and Markerting but Q-manage IT . I would to be able to Q-Manage any queue in the system irrespective of being a member of that queue or not.

If you have Pro or Enterprise license, you can just add your extension to the Notifications tab for the queue, now you are a manager. You dont have to be in the queue at all.
