Quick Dial Hotkey not working

It worked before. I set Ctrl+F11 and was able to get the window to come to front when clicked, but now isn't working anymore even if I change the shortcut to other combinations. Is there any issue with MyPhone and this feature?

There was a fix in SP1.1 involving Hotkey. Can you delete silverlight cache and important browser too. Try again and let me know. If problem persists send me an email - [email protected].

How do you clear Silverlight cache? Isn't with IE9 cache clear?
