Solved Quota exceeded

Hi Team,
I need you help , I have setup quota limit for call recordings to 2500gb and set alert mail at 90% captivity,
Now problem is I have disable the email notification so I didn't got notification mail that my quota limit
Have reached to Max capacity, now after 23 March till 8 April I can't find any recording as the quota limitation
Was set and it was already full, I did increase the quota limit and recordings also started again but
Is that any way I can find those missing recordings in between 23 March to 8 April ??

Hi @Brock_4118 the recordings are not missing they simply have not recorded, if you dont have the space there will be nowhere to put them.

Thanks for your quick response, I have the enough space where I save my recordings only thing is that I set quota limit of 2500gb and it was already 2.4tb but actual there is still more than enough space I have but just coz of quota it didn't save. Yeah it was my mistake that I disabled mail notification but is that any way I can get those recordings ?

No, once you set the quota once you get there the system will just stop recording, if it continued and saved them somewhere else it would fill the drive therefore when you set the quota thats it.
