Rainbow Screensaver/power-saving settings T58W

Hi all,

I am currently troubleshooting an issue where I am unable to change or turn off the default rainbow screensaver that will pop up.

Our system utilizes custom templates in order to apply our logo to the background, among other things. I have been trying to play around with it so that I can either place that logo onto the screensaver or disable it altogether. So far, I have had no luck in either direction.

If you guys could point me in the right direction, please let me know.

Yes - buy enterprise edition and customise this from the extension settings.

Thank you for your response, but I am referring to the screensaver that pops up after the phone is idle for some time or after a firmware update. We have already changed the actual background logo, so that is not the issue. We also, do have the enterprise license.

Keeping in mind that this is not something that falls within the 3CX scope and we cannot help you when it comes to customized templates, I think this question is best answered by Yealink's Support and their own administrator guides.
