We are facing a strange issue the last 6 months.
This happened both in 3cx V14, V15 and now v15.5 SP6
We are using snom phones (snom 300, snom 870 and snom 820) and even though we have set the extensions not to receive multiple calls, sometimes while on an external call, the user says they hear 3 beeps and then the call disconnects. This is totally random, we tried to reproduce it but we didn't succeed.
In the log below (the full log is attached due to forum limitation) of the last occurrence of the problem i am seeing that the bye was sent by the user, is that correct?
Does anyone have faced any similar problems
