Random dial out issues

I get a lot of random reports of phone issues and have trouble locating a problem. Two of my extensions started having issues today, they resolved themselves shortly afterwards. Neither one could dial out. the only entry that looked interesting was:

09:07:37.069 [MS004000] C:360.1: (ACTIVE): Can't send RTP stream to 192.168.10.85:53228 destination unreachable

I am running SNOM 300s and the latest 8 version of 3cx.

I have a 4 line patton and a SIP trunk to NexVortex.

The above error is from one of the extensions that couldnt make an outbound call.

It has been working mostly ok until today. Now i get this from different extensions trying to make outbound calls.
