Random RTP stream drops

Hello,

at first wanted to say I am not an VOIP expert. Thats why I decided to open this thread as I know there many experts here in the community.

By one of the particular trunks we are using our using experiencing issue with missing RTP stream out of sudden, and for sure after couple of seconds they are hangin up (outgoing calls only).

Issue is appearing really randomly by some of the calls, mostly by mobile providers (called party) and by different duration of the call itself.

Solving the issue with providers support as well, but we cant find any potential root cause, so trying to get answers here or at least advices how we could troubleshoot this.
Other trunks seems to be not affected with this issue.

Error code is Unkown RTCP Version 1

Hello @Martin N.

It looks like you have some malformed packages but from the repeating messages I am seeing it seems that there are significant delays between your provider and you. However that could be caused by literally a million things so since you only have issues with that provider my best advice would be to switch providers and go for a 3CX supported one.
