Rapsberry Pi Upgraded to V16.2 automatically on V15.5 system... BROKEN SBC USE

Hi All,

Anyone else having issues since the upgrade push this morning? We have dozens of 3CX SBC's attached to two servers still on V15.5 (for logistical reasons) This morning we randomly started losing connections to IP phones on sites connected via SBC to the main server. When investigating it appears the Pi SBC has auto upgraded somehow to version 16.2 SBC, and we now cannot downgrade them,,,

Any ideas would be greatly recieved

We Cannot at this time simply upgrade the 3CX Server to V16.2 Unfortuantely

Do you have some sort of package management happening on the Pi? I'm assuming they updated the repo.

Hi Yiannis, that thread is very helpful, wish I had been given the info prior to the upgrade being pushed out....

Do you guys make an announcement say 7 days prior to the full release being pushed out so that dealers with multiple installations have time to check compatibility and then mitigate these issues? I don't seem to have had an email about the release other than it was in BETA, and then it was released by which time it had broken several hundred IP phones....

@cobaltit The issue is a CRON Job that is within the 3CX package pushed, the other thread gives the old Install link which has now had the CRON removed....
