I'll be curious to see if yours will be correctly flashed. I ordered on Monday, got it on Friday.
Mine arrived today. Love the passive cooling case. Came with Pi Image with Gui and no 3CX. 16GB Card (low end card too). Even if 3CX was installed, because it has the gui its not a supported 3cx configuration.

Will be using this case going forward for new orders it has a much better presentation and if it doesn't need a fan even better.

The case is good yes, but same for me. However, you can disable the GUI and boot to console only, which is what I did.

I don't have a microSD reader to flash it again.

We get the Canakit and use it with the GUI. I wrote a script that removes all the junk and installs our management and monitoring tools. This gets it to 7.5GB free, which is fine for an SBC. Takes ten minutes to set them up, but I did spend a good amount of time on the script. Once the Pi is ready, the last step is just install the 3CXSBC:

wget https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/sbc/3cxsbc.zip -O- | sudo bash

The above command line is from https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-tunnel-session-border-controller. The new Pi4 instructions at https://www.3cx.com/docs/installing-pbx-raspberry-pi/ say to use the below command and then choose SBC.

wget https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/misc/d10pi.zip; sudo bash d10pi.zip

This is not the way it should be. It should go to an install 3CX prompt. We are following up why this is the case

The device comes pre assembled and pre installed with Raspberry PI OS. All you need to do is configure IP and run install of latest 3CX according to the guide. The assembling and burning of card with OS takes a bit of time so most of the work is done in these kits. There is no need to write scripts or remove stuff - Its the standard raspberry pi OS which will host 3CX....

Does that mean that Pi GUI is now supported since it doesn’t have to be removed?

Thanks Nick. The last batch we ordered did ship with 32GB cards and not the 16GB cards, so there is enough space to leave the default apps. We'll still run our script as it also adds the device to our uptime monitoring and remote access platforms and sets headless resolution.

@accentlogic - OK great to hear. Yes of course you can run the script to remove those.....I just meant its not necessary for someone to write a script to get 3CX working. @CentrexJ Yes you can leave it there if you want. However we are working on a way to remote provision the raspberry pi so you dont need the interface...
