RC1 - Where did resend activation email go?

With RC1 I cannot find the button to resend the welcome email so I can get the new assistant pushed out.

Hi, we also added a drop down arrow in the Extension Page.
So if a user uses a resolution 800x600, he can just select the drop down menu and send a welcome email.

There is small arrow dropdown. You will see whole menu.
