RE: Latest IOS 3cx app no longer default to TEAM when using transfer

Hi. There was an earlier post with this same title. I have the same issue, I think, and I do not understand Vali_3cx's reply/solution before he closed the thread.

We have a receptionist with an iPhone and the 3cx ios app. Last Friday when she tried to transfer a call it showed all company and her phone contacts. Previously she only saw a list with only our staff extensions. the screen looks like this and does not have an option to only show extensions.

On an Android app we can still see the tabs at the bottom of the screen and can select Teams to only see extensions.

I could be missing something - if so please let me know the process to see the team members. If not, I would like to vote to bring back an option to show only extensions/Team members to quickly transfer calls.

Hi there, we are also having this problem with the iOS app recently, it is causing trouble for users. The problem is not since Oct 2025 as suggested by Vali in the previous closed thread. Please do investigate.

Install the TestFlight app from the App Store, open the link above on your iPhone and tap Accept. The beta installs alongside your normal setup, so you can switch back anytime.

If something doesn't work as expected, please reply in this thread with your iOS version, device model and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help a lot.

I've tried and installed. the transfer option is showing the team option again as first behavior, which is great.
We'll do some additional testing and let you know if we notice anything else.
