Hi,
Is there a way to re-provision Fanvil X3/X4 series without an Internet connection?
Our phones were with a previous 3CX provider and we decided to go in-house. I can clear all the old settings from the phones, point it to the internal 3CX server for PnP SIP, and then when connecting to the network it immediately reboots and downloads the configuration file from the previous provider. I can't disconnect from the Internet due to other phones already provisioned on the network.
The phones show up as available from my 3CX console but they will not provision using that method, and once they have re-provisioned to the old 3CX provider I no longer have access to the phone's web interface to try and force changes.

Yes I did, the full factory reset procedure.

OK, solved it. For anyone else interested:

In my case the Fanvil X3 & X4's were previously registered to a different provider. Once connected to the network they would attempt to auto-provision to the old provider. I couldn't simply disable Internet connection due to an existing infrastructure.

I set up an unused router and a computer so that I could reach the phone's web interface. Under the tab "Auto Provision" I set the "SIP Plug and Play" and "Static Provisioning Server" settings to my system parameters. Saved the changes then unplugged the phone and re-connected to my live server.

The phones now show available in the 3CX console under "Phones" and I can now assign to extensions successfully.

Hello @Michael Norton

Your phones were probably provisioned as Stun extensions on the previous server and were bound to the RPS server. For future use please note that phones are bound to the RPS server for 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks elapse the phones are released and you are able to provision them to a different server.
