Re-Recording Intro message

My phone system was setup by our IT guy. Currently when you dial our number there is a pre-recorded into message, where you can press 1 for general info, 2 to speak to a live person. I need to re-record these to reflect our winter office hours. I've tried recording a new "greeting" in the settings but it doesn't seem to change anything. Any advice?

You need to find which IVR it is (ext number).

then, go to Digital Receptionists -> the IVR -> under Prompt, you can click Record on the right and choose an extension to ring to record the new prompt. Once done, follow the instructions to save in the call. The prompt will the appear in the dropdown.
