Re-route internal calls to internal extension

I found this thread regarding the same topic. I'm working on preventing internal users calling our external DID for conference calls. I got it working if there's a full match 12223334444. However, I'm curious if there's something I'm missing to facilitate all three combinations of how people dial or if I actually need three extensions:

Option 1: 12223334444
Option 2: 2223334444
Option 3: 3334444
