Read Date/Time Not Working

The Read date/time function added the date and time to the voicemail recording correct?

Mine is not working, the box is ticked under extensions setting.



Anywhere else I should be looking?

Version is 16.0.612

The date and time should be in the email body, it does not add the date and time to the wav file

the setting is under Settings -> Email Settings - Template

No worries, I think the 'read date/time' is when you listen to your messages on the ip phone
