Real Time IP Phone display tool for Yealink?

hi,

is there a way we can remote control hard phones eg Yealink T46S registered to 3CX?

Just for documentation purposes at least, can we get a phone view somehow ?

Are you talking about the web interface or the actual screen on the phone?

Actual screen on Phone. I would like to take a snapshot of the actual phone+screen if possible (as you can in phone control software such as Variphy and PhoneRemote for Cisco UC stuff)

Just a couple weeks ago I wished the same thing.
You will be glad to know you can do this with Yealink phones (at least 46 and 48)

http://ip/screencapture will show you the current screen. May need to authenticate again.

You can even press some buttons remotely (just not the 1 button I wanted to press)

For Example:
If you want to trigger press the OK key of your phone, you can fill in the below URI in the Server
http://ip/cgi-bin/ConfigManApp.com?key=OK

Other options:
key=OK/key=ENTER
Press the OK key or the Enter soft key.

key=SPEAKER
Press the Speaker key.

key=F_TRANSFER
Press the Transfer key.

key=VOLUME_UP
Increase the volume.

key=VOLUME_DOWN
Decrease the volume.

key=MUTE
Mute the call.

key=F_HOLD
Press the Hold key.

key=X
Press the X key.

key=0-9/*/POUND
Send the DTMF digit (0-9, * or #).

key=L1-L6
Press the Line key.

key=D1-D10
Press the DSS key.

key=F_CONFERENCE
Press the Conference key.

key=F1-F4
Press the Soft key.

key=MSG
Press the MESSAGE key.

key=HEADSET
Press the HEADSET key.

Press the Redial key.

Deactivate the DND mode.

No way that I know to push the "+More" on the T48 series remotely though. No way to force it in XML either.
