realtime chat log?

Since the update 2 days ago.
What happen to the realtime chat log?

Chat Log you are referring to the one on Management Console ? This post is posed on 3CX Live Chat category. Can you elaborate a bit more please ?

it will take 17-18 sec to load the chat and it is not even updated.
if you download it you can see the updated chat log
is this normal?

it not real time chat log anymore.
I hope I just disable something in the management.
