Realtime lookup of contacts

Hello everyone,
from my 3CX Windows client I want to search and found every contact that I have stored in a my personal MySQL database (handmade CRM).
I implemented then a "CRM integration" using this documentation and I've wrote a little API that expose my lookup service using CID: all work fine and when a inbound new call incoming, my lookup work fine and in every phone's display I can see the right customer name.

In 3CX "Contacts" menu in fact I can see the source (CRM or 3CX) of each contact, but... Can I achieve to have ALL my mysql contacts in 3CX, maybe synced (for example) one time every day?

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. Contacts are synchronized when they call in.

So, another question: someone know if is possible to have access into the 3CX database to insert "manually" my contacts?

You can use the 3CX Call Control API from a .NET Core program to do that. However, the CRM contact has some non documented properties attached, so you will not be able to insert it as a CRM contact, only as a normal contact.

You can also do some reverse engineering from your .NET Core program, reading existing contacts and checking the properties, so you know how to create them...
