A great piece of software, however, abandoned.
I have still a non operating extension 90002 lurking around in my own pbx and would like to remove it. There is no way in the UI to remove it as far as I can see. So I assume I have to connect to the database directly to remove it. How can this be done?

TIA

When i took the Skype Gateway out of my system a while ago, after Skype modified their "service" to the point it could no longer be used, it was pretty straight forward, as I recall. The application had an "uninstall", and the trunk was removed in the same manner as removing any other trunk group you had added previously. Go to the management of the trunks, post the list, select, and delete the provider.

Thanks,
I cannot find anything else in the system to delete, only the 90002 system extension. This extension refuses to be deleted.

I don't recall there being a 9xxxx system extension, just a 1XXXX trunk. It has been a while since I deleted it all.

Here is a link to the install instructions. I only see the need to create a PSTN Gateway trunk in 3CX.

You can ignore it because it doesn’t cause issues. However if you want to get rid of it so the system extensions will be green on the console you have to reach out to 3cx support. They will stop some services and make some changes to the database and restart services to remove the orphaned port.
