Receive a call from a SIP trunk and forward this to the carrier trunk

Hi Guys!

I need to forward a call received by one SIP trunk. If i a forward to a external number, i can make a outbound rule and send to the carrier trunk but, this will be a fixed number and cant solve my problem. I must forward this to reach the destination number trough an ordinary phone carrier.

Rewriting:
Here we have a sip trunk between two IPBXs (3Cx and Asterisk). The carrier trunk in 3CX.

EX:
Asterisk <----Genéric Trunk----> 3CX <---Supported Trunk - "LandLine" --->

I must make a call to any external number on asterisk and forward trought generic trunk to 3cx and foward again to carrier/landline supported trunk.


The calls already flow from one to another PBX without problem. The one thing i cant make work is the forward to the land line trunk if the call was originated in the Asterisk.I receive the call in 3CX from Asterisk by generic trunk, then i cant make the forward to trunk of the landline/carrier work.

I don't think 3CX can do this. With 3CX, an inbound call has to be answered somewhere before it can be forwarded outside. It cannot be used as a pass-through. I would suggest that Asterisk will need two trunks, one for access to 3CX extensions and another to place external calls. It's been a long time since I tried to do this, and maybe something has changed in V20, but as far as I know this is not possible.

You should be able to achieve this if the trunk type between the two PBXs is a Bridge trunk. Bridge trunk calls are seen as "internal", (which is what you want) so as long as the dialed number coming from the other PBX matches an outbound rule, and there is no other blocking, then it should work

Maybe using BRIDGE? I didnt tryied this with asterisk yet.
