Receive the welcome message

Hello,

I do not get the welcome email when I try to connect the softphone (Windows or Android).

The softphone is well in the phone administration. There is no option to send the connection information to the device (without going through an email because LAN).

At the level of the management of the mail server in the administration I replaced the smtp c3x by that of gmail as on the following link:

But when I test the connection, I get the following message:

TLS disabled (message in English): The SMTP server does not support authentication.

TLS enabled (French message): The remote certificate is not valid according to the validation procedure.

What to do, thanks

I use the gmail server on one install and Enable SSL/TLS is checked, so I'm not sure what the first message is telling you, or why. I'm wondering if there was an issue when you first created a certificate?
