Hi there. You guys were very helpful a couple weeks ago pointing us in the right direction of setting up on-site SBCs for our multi-site 3cx setup. Thank you!
We are experiencing an issue where numerous users are experiencing complete loss of audio 1-way in the middle of a call. User A can no longer hear user B, but user B is able to hear user A. This just happened to me with one of our executives 3 calls in a row after about 60-90 seconds of call time. We thought this was related to some users having small switches added to their desk to allow more devices to be plugged in locally, but both the exec and I are plugged directly into the main PoE Unifi switches in the same location. Same site, different switches. Here is some of the pertinent info:
Any help is greatly appreciated!
