Reception View in 3CX Desktop App V18

In 3CX Desktop App V18, is there a reception view so I can drag and drop calls to users like reception view in 3CXPhone for Windows v16.
I see the calls in the panel, but there is no 3CX user list where I can drag and drop the calls to transfer.

The Panel is the reception view. But, per other threads there isn't a drag and drop in the Desktop App. You can install the later version of the v16 Windows client however, https://customer.3cx.com/, Downloads, and "3CX Windows Client (Legacy)."
